The Harness Breeders New South Wales (HBNSW) Pathway Stakes are a series of races to be run from May to August 2022 for eligible Three-Year-Old (3YO) Pacers.

 

CONDITIONS

 

• For 3YO NSW Breeders Challenge Eligible Pacers

• Preference will be given in races for horses trained in that region (28 day stable return), but races will not be restricted by region.

• Races are standalone events, with no heats or finals.

• A horse can only win a single (1) HBNSW Pathway Race, and will be deemed ineligible for subsequent races in the series.

• Any horse that has won more than $30,000 prizemoney in its Two-Year-Old (2YO) season is deemed ineligible for the HBNSW Pathway Stakes

 

RACES

 

• Races to be conducted in each region of NSW (Riverina, Western, Hunter and Metro)

• One (1) race will be programmed per region per month.

• Races will be divided by sex, if sufficient nominations are received.

• All races will be drawn by Random Barrier Draw (RBD)

• Prizemoney will be $9,999/race

• All Prizemoney will be distributed in accordance with HRNSW Policy
