The Harness Breeders NSW Annual General Meeting and Annual Awards Night has held on Saturday evening the 11th of January 2020 at Club Menangle. Both events were well attended, the Committee are sincerely appreciative for the support of our Members making the long trip to be with us on this celebratory evening, thank you one and all !
The HBNSW 2019/ 2020 Annual Awards Night began at 6pm in the Chairman’s Lounge of Club Menangle, our Members and their Guests enjoyed fine dining, excellent racing while celebrating the outstanding achievements of our committed and impassioned Breeders . Master of Ceremonies for the evening was the ever jovial well-informed David Wonson, Racing Manager of Club Menangle.
The HBNSW most revered Award, The HBNSW Don Clough OAM Award recipient was Mr Tony Dumesny of Clarinda Park Stud, Parkes.
Tony expressed surprise and delight, telling us Don was his boyhood mentor and inspiration. Thank you, Bruce, for your collaboration in assuring Tony was in attendance to receive this much deserved recognition, a pleasure working with you !
